The Bonbon Shade by Ana Kraš

Serbian born, New York based artist Ana Kraš' Bonbon shades are made using an original technique to create textured, one of a kind pieces.  Every shade is handwoven with nylon wool yarn around a powder-coated steel frame, resulting in individual lampshades that vary slightly in their appearance and surface aesthetic.  Produced in a selection of colours, from pink ice cream shades, to desert inspired sandy colours to blue tones, even when the bulb is not lit, it stands on its own as a striking decorative object. The shade can be used as a table/ floor lamp or as a pendant depending on which cord set you choose.
