Postage is calculated based up on the weight of your order and your shipping address. This will be calculated at checkout before you make your purchase.

If your item is in stock, we will aim to ship it the next working day. If your item is not in stock, there will be an estimated dispatch date on the product page. We try to keep this as up to date as we can but please bear in mind that we are subject to changing stock levels with our suppliers.

You will receive an order confirmation once you have placed your order. When your order has been dispatched you will receive shipping information via email.

If you order several items, we will ship your order when all items are in stock with us.

During these Pandemic times, delivery companies are all under extreme pressure so we'd like to thank you in advance for your patience!

Yes! When you get your shipping confirmation email, click on the View My Order button and all tracking information can be found there. Your order confirmation may have went into your junk mail.

We ship with Hermes, Royal Mail, Yodel, DPD, Securispeed and Express Freight.

DPD tracking can be found at dpd.ie

We do not provide Click & Collect.

Fortunately not. As Maven is based in N. Ireland we will still be able to ship across the UK and Ireland as normal.

No, Maven is based in N. Ireland and due to the Windsor Framework none of our customers in the UK or Ireland have to pay any additional costs. 

In store vouchers cannot be used online, but if you send us a quick email to hello@wearemaven.co.uk, we can give you a code to use online.

Online vouchers cannot be used in-store.

We can provide you with a VAT receipt for your purchase. Please email us at hello@wearemaven.co.uk and we will organise that for you.
