Bella, the new design from Space Copenhagen was originally designed for Restaurant AMBRA in Copenhagen. Challenged by the lofty interior architecture of the space, the studio sought to create an ambient lamp that brought warmth and cohesion throughout the dining room. The result is Bella
– a chandelier whose name references the character of Italian living, its cuisine and the embracive sense of community and social engagement.
Available in two sizes, Bella is suitable for a variety of spaces. While the larger iteration brings a refined presence to foyers and hospitality environments, the smaller carries the same design language into more intimate settings. Switched on or off, the lamp’s silhouette serves as an eye-catching centrepiece, by virtue of its carefully considered design which capitalises on the union of form and scale.
